This class will be led by Keith Tomlinson, our Coffee Manager/former head roaster.
New Broken Crow: Carnivores in South Minneapolis
Great photos from this weeks Broken Crow mural creation on the wall alongside the Peace Coffee Shop’s parking lot. It was commissioned by our building mates at the Trylon Microcinema & The XY&Z Gallery.
Science of Brewing Class: 3 spots available!
If you took an extra long weekend off work or just have some flexibility and want to learn more about brewing good coffee, join us for a three hour intensive brewing class tomorrow, Wednesday, June 1st, from 9am-12pm at the Peace Coffee Shop at Wonderland Park (3262 Minnehaha Ave S.) We have three spots available and there is no cost. YOU MUST CONFIRM with classes@peacecoffee.com for your spot to be held. First three to email classes@peacecoffee.com by 4pm this afternoon gets in.
This class will be led by Keith Tomlinson, our Coffee Manager/former head roaster.
Class Description:
What exactly does it mean to have a “strong” cup of coffee? If the brew tastes bitter, what do you do to fix it? This class will focus on answering these questions and exploring the variables and science behind crafting your ideal cup of coffee. We’ll be using single‐cup pourover methods to understand the principles that can be applied to any brewing method back at your own shop (except old school percolators).
Looking forward to seeing Erik Burke’s new work/installation at The XYandZ gallery next to our coffee shop. Show opens this Saturday.
